Viewing Orders
To easily view your order history, simply follow the link to the Account Tab where you can view your current and previous orders.

Shipping & Delivery
  • All orders placed prior to 3:30 PM PST, Monday – Friday will ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:30 PST are released for shipment on the next business day.
  • Saturday delivery options are available in select areas only
  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
  • FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.

Returns & Replacements
Implant Direct's Guidelines Regarding Product Return, Exchange, and Replacement:
  1. Product Returns or Exchanges: 15% restocking fee for products returned in sealed vials within 60 days of the date of purchase.
  2. Product Replacement: Product replacement will be issued if there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect or labeling error.
  3. Implant Guaranty: Implants that fail to achieve osseointegration are covered by our limited replacement policy. Dentists with implant experience understand that failure to achieve or maintain osseointegration is primarily caused by using improper surgical procedures, placing the implants into areas of inadequate bone, or excessive occusal overloading.
  4. Surgical Instrument Guaranty: Customers are advised that in order to prolong the life of our drills and surgical instruments, proper cleaning and sterilization methods must be followed. Implant Direct’s drills are made from 455SS for the optimum compromise between hardness and rust resistance. The density of the bone will affect the sharpness and the adherence to our cleaning process has a significant effect on the inhibition of rust formation. If, upon inspection, your drills appear dull or show signs of rust or staining, they should be disposed of. Implant Direct does not accept return of drills or surgical instruments removed from their original package for reasons of cutting edge wear or rust formation due to handling variables outside our control.
  5. Product Shipping Errors: Restocking fee and shipping costs waived upon shipment of replacement product. NOTE: Waiver Restocking and Shipping Charges for return of items incorrectly ordered apply only to orders placed on-line or orders confirmed by e-mail. Orders placed via phone to our call center or to a regional sales person will be held for 24 hours to give the opportunity to confirm the order by return email. Customers who waive the confirmation process will not be entitled to claim Product Shipping Errors related to the receipt of incorrect product(s).
  6. To initiate a return: Customers can request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and initiate a return by first locating the order by using the Advanced Search Function in the Order History section of the Account Tab and entering the item number and lot number of the product, and follow the online instructions.
